Next Day Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of placing order and takes approximately 7-14 days for it to be delivered to your door.

 * Delivery times are based on the assumption that the items are in stock. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or any other expenses due to failed delivery. This option is only available if you live in an area covered by our courier. 

RETURNS



If for any reason you would like to send back something you have bought from us, you can use the following returns methods;

Standard Delivery

BY COURIER
1. Arrange a collection via our website.
2. Telephone our Enquiry Line and select option 1 and 
follow the simple steps.
3. Call the courier directly if their number was left with 
your parcel.

 

Hermes

VIA myHERMES PARCEL SHOP
myHermes ParcelShops are open early morning to late at night, 7 days a week. Take your securely sealed parcel complete with returns address clearly displayed and drop off at your nearest myHermes ParcelShop. 
You must obtain a receipt.

 

PostOffice

AT THE POST OFFICE
Tape the Royal Mail returns label securely on your parcel and then take to your nearest Post Office.
You must obtain a receipt.

 

RETURNS ON PROMOTIONAL PRODUCTS
If you need to return any of the items bought through special promotions (e.g discount code) you must include all the items bought within that deal. See our terms and conditions for more details. 

RETURN RECEIPTS
However you return your item, please remember to obtain and keep a receipt. You will need to quote the unique reference code on your receipt if you have a query about your return. Please keep your receipt until you have received a credit for your return.

 

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from our different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive to the USA (varies from product to product). Other countries can take an estimated 1-2 weeks (varies from product to product) due to distance traveling and customs. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

 All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
